"Sir — where is YOUR shelter?" That one question ends the argument. Every normal government at war does the same thing: get people OFF the streets, into bunkers. Fine them if they stay outside. Israel does it. Any functioning state does it. The Islamic Republic does the opposite — it keeps calling people to come OUT into the streets in the middle of a war. It isn't protecting anyone. It's spending them. Exactly like the donkeys and mules driven ahead of the lines in the Iran–Iraq war to clear minefields. People mean nothing to them — not the opponents, and not even the loyalists. If your supporters mattered to you, you'd walk them to a shelter. Not into open fire. What do you think?
