An Iranian-made car sells in Armenia for HALF the price Iranians pay. Same car. Same factory. Same poor quality. Double the price — but only for Iranians. A government that loses 20 million liters to fuel smuggling and burns 50 million more because of low-quality cars — deliberately, to protect the monopoly of IranKhodro and Saipa — then turns around and tells its own people to pay "global prices" for gasoline. You don't get to price cars below market for Armenians and Georgians, charge Iranians double, and then demand global pricing at the pump.
