Do the math: less than 85 million tomans of debt each. Crushed, inflation-squeezed citizens paid out of their own pockets to save 65 families — and the state put it on its own success list. The same state that funds proxies across the region. The same structure that, 11 years ago, gave away a 200-billion-toman property for free to the family of Haddad-Adel. That single property could have freed thousands of debt prisoners. But insider privilege never shows up in the "achievements" report.
