The verdict is blunt: the anti-Pahlavi left are those larvae. Either they get buried with the corpse, or the corpse fully decomposes and they're left with nothing to feed on.
And the conclusion:
"The only antidote to the poison called the Islamic Republic is Pahlavi."
Plus a serious warning: if Prince Reza Pahlavi — heir to the Pahlavi legacy and leader of the transition — is removed from the scene, hope collapses for the majority of the opposition. Without him, the transition becomes chaos.
