A game while you watch: count the faces. Thirty-two years. Six men, twelve chairs. The TV chief becomes a minister, the Guards commander runs for president, the police chief ends up running parliament. The chairs rotate. The men don't. Four uprisings happened in between, and you can hear two of them in the film. The dormitory crowd in 1999 and the streets of 2009 are recorded sound, unaltered.
