You have the right to sacrifice your own life for any leader or cause, but you have no right to decide that fate for others or your children. Blind devotion—regardless of who it is directed toward—is not a path to liberation; it is the reproduction of authoritarianism. The mindset of a supporter declaring their children will die for a prince is no different from a cleric stamping "Sacrifice for the Supreme Leader" on the foreheads of little girls. Both strip individuals of their fundamental autonomy. A truly democratic society requires accountable, scrutinized leadership—not untouchable idols. What do you think?
