Analyst Iraj Mesdaghi exposes the staggering incompetence and self-delusion at the peak of the Iranian regime's security apparatus. From Civil Defense commander Jalali recklessly using a smartwatch based on flawed assumptions that "an attack won't happen now," to Ali Khamenei convinced that operations wouldn't target them during Ramadan, the regime's assessments have repeatedly proved disastrous.
