"Even if a deal is signed, we will still strike."
Eli Cohen — Israel's Energy Minister and a member of Netanyahu's cabinet — just said it out loud:
Even if Tehran and Washington reach a final understanding and sign an agreement, that "proves nothing" to Israel.
He drew two red lines Israel reserves the right to act on unilaterally:
1. The missile program
2. The nuclear program
If Israel decides a line has been crossed, it moves — deal or no deal.
And history backs the warning: the last signed framework didn't end the confrontation. It preceded another war.
The takeaway: a signature in a negotiating room is not insurance for enrichment sites or missile depots.
Do you think a deal can actually stop a strike this time? Tell us in the comments.
